" Amazing Client Advocate Who Is Unafraid To Go The Extra Mile Kim is an absolute rockstar and made one of the most difficult situations in my life as calm as possible. In early 2022 I found out I would be relocating from the Midwest to the Carolinas to help open our new HQ2 office. I reached out to Kim about a property she was selling in May 2022 while still waiting for my relocation package. She hung in there with me for six months, answering all my questions about relocating to the area and the necessary steps since the process was vastly different than my home state. When the time finally came in November 2022 to start the Buying journey remotely, Kim was beyond accommodating and even reworked her schedule when the perfect home for my family went up and I drove 10hrs that day to see the property with her the next morning. Naturally my excitement for this property meant it came with challenges, in particular being a foreclosure that was then owned by the VA. While Kim had never completed a VA foreclosure purchase, she spent countless hours researching and working with the other agent, my lender, and my real estate lawyer to make sure this deal got done so I could report to my new office at the start of January 2023. I cannot count on both of my hands or yours the times Kim found a discrepancy or something that the VA’s agent messed up/misrepresented and got it stopped to save me heartache + keep the sale on track for my timeframe. When we finally reached closing she brought my 2-year-old an activity book to keep her entertained while I signed closing paperwork. Her level of thoughtfulness and care is so rare in the real estate space, but is one if the greatest assets an agent can have to make your life as a buyer or seller easier. I also know from observing issues encountered by other coworkers moving to the area in this period that I had the best agent in the Carolinas in Kim. She’s also locked in future clients who didn’t have Kim’s level of care when purchasing for their move and need to sell in the next few years. "
